  • Why should a player use Sogility?

    Sogility is a supplemental training which helps players with their tactical, technical, physical, and mental skills.  It is the most complete training program for a soccer player.  In addition to your normal training, Sogility provides an opportunity for players to refine their skills to make them a better player while minimizing any risk of injury or wear and tear with our low/non-contact training.

  • How do I book a session?

    The best way is to download the Sogility app on your phone and book sessions through that. Go to your kids profile -> Browse events -> select session you want to book -> select trainer or leave it as any available trainer -> choose time and date -> book

  • How do I sign my kid up?

    If you are new here, we offer 1 free credit for the “Guided TSZ” session. The best way is to sign up for that online, and we will give you a tour of the facility when you come in! You can always drop

  • How long of a session should I book for my player?

    We recommend 30 minutes a session. If you want to book an hour, we would recommend that you combine multiple sessions of different trainings such as the Technical Soccer Zone with the TechTouch, for example.

  • How do I cancel a scheduled session. How do I reschedule a session?

    Log into your account and navigate to the My Schedule tab. A list of your scheduled sessions will be displayed. click on the session that you would like to cancel. A new window will open ; click on the X next to that session to cancel it and answer yes on the popup to submit. Some sessions have cancelation deadlines; where that is the case, no cancelation is permitted. Once a session has been canceled you can reschedule it by logging into your account, navigating to the My Schedule tab. Click the event you wish to schedule. Click Sessions Available. Select a Date and Time and then click "BOOK".

  • Can I reserve Sogility for my private team, party, group or corporate outing?

    Absolutely. Private rentals are available. Sogility is a great supplement to team training and a super fun way to improve technical skills and team unity. We’ll work with coaches to design sessions and we make an area in the facility available for parties and private events. Contact us for more information on private bookings.  You can find more information in our Private Event section on the site.

  • Do my credits rollover every month?

    No, the credits have to be used within the month they are assigned.

  • When does my credit expire?

    Billing cycle starts on the day of your membership purchase, and it will renew on the following month on the same date. Credits will expire along with your billing cycle. 

  • How many months am I required to be on my membership?

    3 month minimum for a monthly membership.

  • When does my new month start?

    The months on the memberships start the day you purchase and the next month starts on that date of the next month. Example- a membership purchased on 4/14 will renew on 5/14. It will charge the account on that date as well.

  • Do I need to bring a soccer ball?

    Nope. We have tons of them. 

  • When can I cancel?

    You can cancel or schedule a session up to 3 hours in advance

  • How advanced should I book my sessions?

    It depends on the season and the time of the day, but a week in advance should generally be enough time to book your desired session date and time

  • Do I need to wear shin guards?

    Nope, we do not require shin guards for our sessions. If you wanted to wear, you are certainly welcome to. 

  • What shoes/clothes should they wear?

    We don’t require any specific attire, but our recommendation is to wear a regular pair of soccer cleats or indoor cleats and athletic clothes. You will most likely be sweating after your session, so plan accordingly! Tennis shoes work if you don’t have soccer shoes. 

  • Can my children share an account?

    No, all participants must have their own profile. This allows the trainers to know the details of the players that they are working with. There is a sibling discount available, but all sibling must have their own membership. 

  • Is there a sibling discount?

    Yes, there is a sibling discount. First child pays the full amount, and second or more child pays a discounted amount for the same amount of credits 

  • Can I upgrade my membership?

    Yes, you are able to upgrade or downgrade your membership anytime. However, the new credits will not appear until the next billing cycle. If you want to have more credits now, you can either make the upgrade now and get charged, or buy individual credits

  • Do all sessions have a trainer?

    All sessions will have a trainer, except for Technical Soccer Zone (TSZ). If you wanted to have a trainer with a TSZ session, make sure to select “Guided TSZ”
