Full-Time Trainer
Full-Time General Trainer
Location: Sogility Facility
Hours: Minimum of 35 hours per week
About the Role
As a General Trainer at Sogility, you’ll play a key role in developing players by leading 30-minute training sessions that maximize skill development, engagement, and enjoyment. You’ll be responsible for mastering Sogility’s cutting-edge training technology, delivering structured, high-quality sessions, and building strong relationships with players to encourage continued growth and participation.
This position requires active coaching and instruction throughout every session, ensuring players stay engaged, challenged, and supported. Trainers are expected to remain professional, focused, and hands-on, fostering an environment where athletes can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead dynamic, small-group training sessions that align with Sogility’s curriculum.
- Engage and instruct players actively throughout each session, ensuring focused, high-energy coaching.
- Master and utilize Sogility’s training technology to enhance player development.
- Promote Sogility’s programs and training opportunities to encourage continued participation.
- Monitor and assess player progress, reporting any technical or player-related issues to the General Manager.
- Support Sogility’s digital presence by engaging with and sharing social media content.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming training environment for all players.
- Maintain a professional and energetic attitude, ensuring positive interactions with players, parents, and fellow staff.

Facility Administrator

Position Summary
Facility Administrator is the first point of contact for members, families, and guests.
They ensure smooth daily operations through exceptional customer service, scheduling assistance, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers, manage check-ins, and handle inquiries.
Process scheduling, membership payments, and booking requests.
Maintain accurate attendance and billing records.
Support the General Manager and staff with administrative tasks.
Ensure front area cleanliness and readiness.
Assist with event check-ins and facility tours.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; some college preferred.
Customer service and communication skills required.
Proficiency with scheduling and point-of-sale systems.
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for youth sports and development.
Director of Athlete Development
General Position Description:
The position of Director of Athlete Development at Sogility is responsible for providing programming and coaching that includes but is not limited to motivation, education, and guidance on proper nutrition, conditioning, speed, resistance training, mobility, and recovery to help athletes develop to the best of their ability.
Responsibilities of the Position:
Design and implement speed, strength training, and conditioning programs for all Sogility athletes choosing to participate in AD or Advanced AD sessions.
Facilitate a collaborative relationship among players, partner coaches, sports medicine providers, and other staff.
Develop systems for tracking athlete attendance and athlete progress in conjunction with Sogility Growth Indicator.
Maintains a personal health and fitness lifestyle consistent with company guidelines. Conduct an annual needs-analysis for the facility.
Determine and reinforce expectations for athlete conduct that mirror the Sogilitys brand and expectations.
Successfully completes training and educational courses as required.
Qualifications Education:
B.S. in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Human Performance required.
Current standard first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and automated external defibrillation (AED) certifications.
A strong working knowledge and teaching skills in analysis and techniques of strength training.
Strong motivational abilities.
Evidence of ability to interact positively with athletes, colleagues, and the public.
Evidence of strong organizational skills and effective oral and written communication skills.
Experience 2+ years of coaching speed, strength and conditioning at the private, high school, collegiate, or professional level preferred.
Sogility Standards & Expectations:
Be actively participating in the session
Existing alongside the athletes and interacting with the athletes is not the same thing.
Constantly and continuously monitoring each athlete’s technique
You cannot effectively do this sitting down
Ensure the session is producing the improvements the athletes are looking to make
They are coming to us with their goals and dreams – don’t let them down.
Set a high level of standards for what is expected in each session
Allowing poor form, athletes to rush through activities, or athletes to distract other participants is not acceptable
Programming:
Plan out each session from start to finish prior to arriving for the day
This doesn’t mean changes can’t be made in the moment but winging it as you go is unacceptable.
Prepare in advance for the athletes in each session
Sudden additions will happen, but each session needs to accommodate who will be in it, not just blanket all the groups
Make individual considerations as needed
Just because the sessions are group-led sessions, doesn’t mean everyone will do the same thing
Again, they’re coming to us with their goals and dreams – don’t let them down.
Additional Expectations: In the role you will help manage the day-to-day schedules and building operations as needed, be responsible for the AD customer experience in the center. Along with contributing to strategy, marketing plans, and growth.
Daily Schedule and duties will be assigned by the current GM and the expectation will be a minimum of 35 hours a week based on need and availability.
