INTENSIVE PLAYER DEVELOPMENT CAMPS
We will be starting a specific training program for U14-U19 high school players to prepare them for their club or high school seasons better. Each session will consist of 45 minutes of athletic development and 45 minutes of trainer-led technical training. This program has us really excited at Sogility about the opportunity to help players be physically prepared for the demands of club seasons while aiding in the prevention of injury. This program will also allow players not just to refine their technical ability, but help them stay focused on the importance of the technical side of the game.
